Huize Elastiek (Elastic House) is the translated diary written by Georg Fröhlich with the aid of Wilhelmina (Elders) Wiegman of his family's time in hiding in Bovenkarspel, the Netherlands in the latter days of Occupied Holland through the Winter of Hunger and on to the day of liberation.

The diary opens with the following:
In Bovenkarspel stands a house (A 206/A 116)...
(A kaleidoscope view into House Elastic during its occupation by Group Faessen) until the liberation.
Where there is charity and love, there is God.
